Protected puppies. Carefully planned events.

Puppies who attend are at least six weeks old, fully weaned and have begun their age-appropriate vaccinations. They are not yet fully vaccinated, so every appearance follows our required health, sanitation, handling and exposure protocols.

What We Bring—and What You Provide

Every event is a little different. This is the standard starting point, and we’ll confirm the final
setup with you before booking.

We Bring:

● Puppies approved to attend based on their age, health and readiness
● Trained handlers and transportation
● A 10-by-10-foot tent for outdoor events
● Fans or heaters when conditions require them and power is available
● Hand sanitizer for guests
● Safety, sanitation and puppy-handling guidance
● Puppy photos and short bios for promotion when available

You Provide:

● An appropriate indoor or outdoor space for your expected attendance
● Easy access for unloading crates and supplies
● Access to water
● Electricity when fans or heaters are needed outdoors
● A yoga instructor and mats for Puppy Yoga

Because these puppies are young and not yet fully vaccinated, the
final location and setup must meet our health and safety requirements.

Your Event Helps Care for the Next Puppy Who Needs Us

Your event directly supports the round-the-clock care of orphaned newborn puppies in our neonatal nursery while also covering transportation, planning, staffing and event supplies.

The appearance donation is separate from any additional donations, event proceeds or wishlist items raised for Blazin’ Trails Bottle Babies. Appearance donation to be discussed based on event location, venue, duration, etc.

How Booking Works

Send your request

Share the details you already have. If you are still planning, send us the idea.

We review the fit

We consider the date, location, space, event format, volunteer availability and whether puppies are expected to be ready that week.

We plan the details

If the event is a good fit, we’ll coordinate timing, setup, sanitation requirements and guest
interaction with you.

We confirm the puppies

We generally send a tentative puppy lineup during the week of the event, with photos for promotion when available.

The Puppies Decide What Is Workable

Our puppies live in foster homes. Attendance depends on each puppy’s age, health,
temperament and readiness, along with foster, handler and transportation availability. We cannot guarantee a specific number of puppies or promise that an individual puppy will attend.

If a puppy shows signs of illness, fatigue, fear or stress, our team may rotate or remove that puppy, shorten interaction time or end the appearance early. Those decisions are always made in the puppies’ best interests.

Safety rules at every event

  • Guests sanitize their hands before and after puppy contact.
  • Children under 13 may interact gently with adult supervision but may not hold the puppies.
  • Guests follow all handling, sanitation and safety instructions from our team.
  • Puppies receive breaks, and interaction may be paused when they need rest.
  • Puppies remain within the event space and setup approved by Blazin’ Trails.
  • Extreme heat, cold, storms or unsafe conditions may require us to modify, reschedule or end an event.
